It is indeed a fact that all of us worry for the future and mostly our thought catches unpleasant happenings, which probably don’t take shape of reality this is what is termed as an anxiety sate. Mind is always engaged in assuming bad events and keeps individual unhappy about even present pleasant status. Fear is a feeling that arrests all the actions, paralyses thought process, pollutes mind, eventually one gets into a vicious cycle of anxiety. Past cannot be corrected but the same may be utilized as a learning experience. Any ways worry or fear is never a solution. At times ironically, when an individual faces adversity, his difficulty might be momentary may be temporary it happens in the life. Ups and downs are the part of the life, must be accepted as an essential loss that teaches adoptability, improves patience, develops understanding of crossing the bridge as it comes on the way, and sharpens the skills.
